Engaging, Exciting!

Sinjin Sinclair has reconnected with his daughter and begins a deadly mission, but first, he must beat off the attacking Vryloka! Like Sinclair, Emma, Pagan, and High Mage Duine must face their dilemmas to survive.

Author H. P. Mallory once again weaves a magical and engaging paranormal narrative that balances romance, a touch of violence, fun, and suspense! She maintains consistency from the first book to the present, ensuring each character’s continued development and well-crafted background. The dialogue is rich and authentic, reflecting both the characters and the narrative.

The narrator, Logan Anare, delivers an entertaining and riveting performance. Anare’s natural talent for embodying characters and fully immersing the listener is exceptional. Anare skillfully maximizes each character, situation, and action through deliberate pauses, delivery, and intonation. He vividly captures each character’s energy while seamlessly infusing the correct amount of suspense, danger, and fun.

This is a captivating book written by an excellent author and performed by an exceptional narrator. The premise of the book and series is riveting and fun. I highly recommend this book and series.

Third Time is Just as Charming!

Be prepared to dodge gardening sheers and flying pink beasts with fangs! Your warrior side will be kicking in through Sinjin, Emma, and the others!
The third installment has a good balance of its now signature rich lore, fantastical creatures, backstory, heartache, mystery, romance, humor, and name-forgetting!
Be prepared for Piarte Sinjin, coffee dates, reunions and vanishing, and gladiator-type games with boyish loopholes! To name a few elements to look forward to.
By this point, I have gotten to know the quirks and voices (seriously! Logan Anare is a blessing,) and their stories are starting to conjoin into a bigger scope of a tale, threads being strung, twists leading to reveals to known names. The addition of another main voice, Nyx, was nice and I look forward to more of her.
Also, as a Missourian, my boy Kevin represents it well! More Kevin! And Lavender too!
Mr. Anare is a force to be reckoned with once more with his endless array of voices, ample emotions, and has the rare magic of making not only you feel the story is in front of your eyes, but you are a part of this world.
I look forward to book four. And I will prepare plenty of sage!
