Should have been titled HUDhomes for Wholesalers

It was dissapointing mostly because he writes the book from a wholesalers view. I agreed with many of the things he said about how to initially get the deep discounted properties. But I felt that in areas of financing he does not give the best advice and it should all be taken with a large grain of salt.
