Instruction Manual for Wealth

Craig does an excellent job guiding you through the process of setting up a house hack, which has the dual advantage of lowering expenses **and** providing cashflow. I agree with Craig when he says that there's no better investment you can make.

Never to late to start...

This book is a great explanation of a relatively simple process to get into the real estate investing game. More importantly it breaks their system down into something easily digestible whole providing examples and resources to get underway.

the details are juicy

i like it. talks about location, how to handle non payment of rent, etc. would have a notebook out while listening to, good stuff.

Pleasantly Surprised!

This is a great book. I read a review before buying that said it contained a lot of obvious information. I've been investing for four years and the book told me plenty I didn't know and gave me some great ideas. I'm also getting the hard copy so I have a reference to go back to.
