There is some useful information but I think she may pull too much on her own personal experience. I felt less hopeful after reading it, and I feel like the pervasive message of don't tell anyone they will ghost you' is kind of harmful.

I skipped a few passages on purpose that look like they were very negative and didn't pertain to me, though I know a big part of this is going to be self observation. It's good to have a therapist to talk about anything that you have a problem with in this book.

Just my two cents.

"Stay in the closet. Most won't understand"

This is a complication of questions to a therapist who herself has bipolar disorder and her answers to those questions. Content is duplicated in many places. The narration is by an AI voice (stated in the first few minutes). There are better books on this topic, skip this one.

The author’s sharing of her experience really helped. I liked the approach of stating all possible questions and answering them.

Very helpful!

This claims to be on living with bipolar. This audiobook is explain to other people what bipolar is and how to understand someone who has bipolar. She repeated says the the same sentences over and over again. It was a waist of my time and not for people who live with bipolar.
