Great Reminders

I liked the heart behind these concepts. My person and I both listened to it and found it helpful and straightforward. It’s good concepts for anyone to protecting your heart and relationships- YOUR WHOLE LIFE! They seem like basic concepts but they are everything. Surprisingly many people just don’t understand the importance of building guardrails and/or how to do so. Nor how easily it is to cross a line and boundary and go way off the deep end, and fast.
