Roman & Chloe--Crais/Edwin DUET narr is 🔥!

This is book 3 (finale) in a series by author, L.M.Dalgleish (new to me), but I listened to it as a standalone and enjoyed it very much! I listened at a speed of 1.5 which cut the 14+hr length down to a more manageable (for me, anyway) 9.5 hrs. I really liked the story and characters. All were well developed and I loved the longer epilogue and that Chloe's Dad got an HEA, too. I don't think all of the details or repetition about the business -- the sustainability, the green and smart technology aspects, the meeting details, etc. -- were really needed to tell a great story. But, when the book is perfectly narrated in duet by 2 excellent actors, like Vanessa and Connor, and Connor's velvety, sexy voice is literally soothing to your ears and like a caress to your brain, more words are NOT a hardship--especially when he's portraying a bossy dirty-talking CEO!

The burn and yearning!

I originally eyeball read this last year but I had to itch to reread so I waited for the audio. There is something truly magical about Connor’s voice and his ability to take any sexy or heartfelt line in the book and transform it into something unforgettable. Vanessa is very easy to listen to and does an excellent job. A perfect casting and very well done duet production. I loved this one originally but now I will comfort listen to this all the time. Thank you for making this audio 🖤

Love the Series

I absolutely loved this series. I will say I found FMC annoyed me. She was the typical “boss’s secretary “. The constant wetting of her lips, moaning after eating and breathy responses. Doing more to get his attention. Just something I didn’t like. I was waiting for Roman’s story. I still loved the story.
