Didn't Love It

I supposed I should have realised that this book was meant for teens (or even pre-teens) not 40-year olds!!

I love 19 Kids and Counting, and really enjoyed both books written by Michelle and Jim Bob - but this one was not as interesting. I enjoyed the various family anecdotes, but I am definitely not the target audience!

I just love those Duggar gals

This is a great little book. It is rather short and sweet. One of my closest friends is getting ready to foster three precious sisters and already has three boys of her own, and I couldn't wait to share this with her because there are so many great ideas for families and child raising. My other closest friend has five children and she learned a lot too. I think these gals have a great message and a great delivery. This will not be a book for everyone.

This was such a great book. Listening to the girls read the book in their own words made it that much better.

This book is wonderful for women of all ages. Its a wonderful encouragement in all areas of life, and will help you grow in your walk with our Lord!

Educational & Awesome!

I love this book! These girls are amazing and can relate to other teens. I was surprised. It taught me a lot on how to be a better parent to my teen daughter. It also taught me things to think about as being a daughter myself. Even though having one child myself as planned & no regrets. We don't dress the way they do. I wish I had this audiobook when I was a teen myself. It would have saved me so much heartache & pain. This book taught me how to deal with it. I bought the book & audiobook in hopes my daughter will read it. I have heard her make comments like I hear in the book. She is in public school since grade 7. This book can help her and guide her father and I in many ways. The book has brought me closer to God. I learned a lot. I highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to learn about the Duggars and anyone with children in their lives. 😄

No just no

I bought this book for a greater understanding of the Midwest fundamentalists. Instead it confirmed by suspicions of how I would never want my family or children to be.

Sorry for these young ladies, but they were good readers at the very least.

I really liked the Duggars and these girls but some of the stuff they were giving advice about screamed hypocrites after the light of the family scandals. So sad...

WISDOM

I love these girls. I wish they were my friends in real life. They are amazing and inspiring. I am only 22 and I've gained so much wisdom on how I want to raise my future children. I pray one day God grants me true friends like them. I pray for more positive influences in the world like them. God is so good! Praise Jesus for this book!

This was very interesting and informative. I like it being narrated by the Duggar girls.
