A different kind of story

The story was more fantastical than serious. The characters were well written. This is not the “normal” type of DK book. The actor’s voice was mellow and soothing. It worked in this story.

The narrator was spot on giving all the characters their individuality! I’ve read Koontz novels for many years and am never disappointed!

Another gem, with lots of chuckles and hope. Dean Koontz never disappoints. Great characters to love and to hate.

Honestly, I loved this listen!

This has to be in the top 10 of all the Koontz books! I will be listening to it again. Highly recommended!

A very solid fast moving novel

I enjoyed Dean breaking the fourth wall throughout the book. It added a new flair to his writing style thatl I found very entertaining and funny. I particularly enjoyed his jabs at short attention span readers. The plot flew along nearly too fast, but I was able to keep up.

I've never been disappointed with anything that Dean has ever written, his novels are always entertaining. I believe I listened to and or read nearly half of all his works.

Unfortunately didn’t like this one

Weird story, had me zoning out while trying to listen to it and not a fan of the narrator. I Love Koontz previous books though!
