A MUST READ

The way everything was explained and I was able to use in real time was/is extremely helpful. The verbiage was easy to understand and introduce new vocabulary to me that I thought I would never be able to comprehend (google couldn’t help) because other outlets were useless. Everyone needs to read this book not just women but people who are new to the investing world.

Not so intimidating!!

Simran does a fabulous job of breaking it all down and making it all feel much less intimidating. I’ve had great luck with my investments over the years but it’s been just that, luck. I now feel educated and empowered to make my own decision and have some intelligent conversations with my financial advisor instead of telling him ‘you decide what’s best, this is why I pay you’. In fact, I may just open another account and manage it all by myself! I’m a girl and I invest!

Everyone should hear/read this book

As the author says in the book, I feel a bit frustrated to understand just now that investing is so “easy”. I’m ready to put in practice what I’ve learnt. Great book!

Student Investor Here!

This is the first book about investing that I’ve ever picked up to learn from. I admit the title made it less intimidating! Especially as someone who has made unwise financial decisions in my youth…Like she mentions in the book, women often feel like they can’t learn about finances or investing. I felt so heard when she said that! Because of my ignorance, I had put myself in a very uncomfortable financial situation at an early age. I had to learn the hard way. Listening to this book, I’ve learned more about investing in these few hours than I ever have in my life thus far! I did feel bad about the years I’ve wasted being uninformed, but at least now I know! She explained things in a way that was so easy for me to understand. It made me feel like I can actually do this! I can learn to invest and look forward to a more financially free future. I am very grateful. This will not be the last book on finance/investing I read, but I’m glad it was the first.

Sim is a rockstar. Excellent narrating. Animated at the right spots. More importantly, she just crushes the delivery of her content to help women and other marginalized groups invest and make money. I have been following GTI on social media and their podcast for a while now and have even been a student in their investing masterclass. Everything about GTI is legitimate and just incredible. I have the Audible and physical copies of this book. Highly recommend!
