Helpful and relatable!

There are 36 conversations and more than half are relatable to me personally. This book is great for those in 20s and early 30s since most of us faced these questions one way or another.

I’m not a fan of conversation/interview format for self help book, since there will be lots of filler in the content as author trying to make his point, but it’s suprisingly works well for this book. I think it’s because the follow up question is relatable.

Normally a self help book contains the same advice but include examples, nuaces and backed with research. This book feels like mostly collections of the author’s experience of what works for him. Therefore if you feel somehow you can feel relatable to the author’s upbringing, and achievements. This book will be more beneficial for you. Regardless the advice in this book are definitely generic and can be apply to all young peoples.

Relatable topics and informative

It was great listen just like the Do epic shit.
It could be one of the best self help book since he has all scenarios covered.

Best book I’ve heard on Audible this year!

This book is a guide for life. It’s about self discovery and not getting caught up in the pressures of life and others opinions. You won’t regret listening trust me I just brought the physical book so I can highlight. This book and his first book Do Epic Shit would make great gifts.

Very engaging and held my attention

Great takeaways which I will definitely be applying to my life. Habits not goals, that’s a game changer for me.

Average read

Format of conversation is not engaging at all. Content is useful. First book (Do Epic Shit) was much better.

Some decent ideas

Narration really through me, tried for conversation instead of straight points and didn't work for me. A few good points but nowhere near as good as the first one.

Waste of time

Cliché, self-serving and useless. Avoid it, there’s a million better self-help books, both classic and new.
