Good Clean Mystery
I really enjoyed listening and had no idea who the bad guy would be. It wasn’t filled with sex or the language that’s in so many books. If this is how this author writes I’ll look for more.
I had to slow down the narrator some because my ears don’t listen that fast.

Fantastic cozy mystery!
I absolutely love this series. I decided to come back and write a larger review for the first book now that I have completed the whole series. They only get better! If you are a gardener or enjoy flowers at all you will absolutely love this sweet series. I recommend it to anyone whether you like gardening or not, but it's especially perfect if you enjoy spending time in the garden or are someone who really loves flowers. It's cleverly written the characters are fun and engaging and I really really like the reader. I can't believe that there are people who are complaining about the narration. It's one of the better narrated small series I have found. please check out this book and leave a good review if you have time so hopefully they will keep making this series! I can't wait for the next books to come out :-)

Good all around
I thought the narrator did very well. It's a typical British cozy mystery. The ending was plausible. A light, fun listen. It was included in my membership. I don't think I would spend a credit to listen to the next one in the series, but if it was on sale for $6 or less, I might purchase it. I gave it 5 stars bc as far as British cozy mysteries go, it was good.

narration is a detractor
the story is Ok. not great but ok. however the narrator's deadpan monotone was so difficult to listen to it really detracted from the story. difficult to keep focused. I literally kept falling asleep due to poor narration

Narrator unpleasant voice, grating with vocal fry, and nasal. Story ok
It was hard to enjoy this story due to the trying voice of the narrator. Her Voice is consistently unpleasant, grating with vocal fry, and nasal. Story ok
I was interested in this new cozy mystery series, now i am not sure i can manage any more books if this narrator is the same on all the stories.
