omg. I love this series so hard.

Writing a review is always difficult for me. Because I'm not a writer, I'm a reader . And I LOVE reading this series!!!!!!! I have read every book in this series, multiple times. I have the shirts, I have the paperbacks and I have the audio-books. I am completely addicted to this series.

Listening to audiobooks is my favorite way to re-read a book. Because I had already DEVOURED this book when it came out.

The narration is fantastic - I love the narrators for Connor and Rose. They definitely capture their personalities beautifully. There is something to be said about Connor's narrator speaking French....sigh. I could listen to it all day!!!

Things I love about this book:
- The writing. I love reading Krista & Becca's writing. It is so easy to read and they have done such a phenomenal job with character development. The characters are all unique and by now, the 8th book into the series, I feel like I know them. I am not rich, I am not wealthy, I'm not a genius, I'm not an athlete, I'm not a model or an addict- but I have connected so deeply to all of these characters and I'm 100% invested in their happiness.

- Alternating POV - this is my favorite way to read a book. Love getting in Connor's mind especially!

- Connor & Rose - they are such a great couple. I love their games, their banter, their loyalty and their love. I especially LOVED them as parents.

- The rest of the gang - There were a lot of Connor and Ryke scenes - I highlighted SO much from these scenes - I freaking LOVE RYKE!!! Ryke & Daisy, Lily & Lo - these couples are so interconnected, when you read about one couple, you read about them all. I love this!!

- Steamy sexy!!! Connor is just so darn sexy!!!

- The feels!!! Oh man, this book was so emotional for me!!! When Rose cries, I cry. When Daisy cries, I cry. Pretty much when any of these characters cry, I cry. But I also laugh and lust and worry. This book made me feel..it made me feel EVERYTHING!

Pleasantly surprised.

This is the first book I've listened to from this author and I almost passed by it; I'm so glad I didn't!!! At first, I questioned if I’d like it; but after a few chapters and getting the characters straight, I was hooked! The book is quite long, but I would much rather listen to a long book with a complete story from beginning to end verses listening to a three book series filled with fluff to stretch the story out. The book is sexy, the characters are neurotic, passionate and I plan on listening to this book again!

LOVE the story but the male narrator…

This series has been 🤌🏿

But the narrator for conner just isn’t fitting in the slightest . He does a good job, but he just sounds like …. Not a dominant, CEO hot tamale man you’re expecting

Good Continuation

This is a good continuation of the Calloway Series. I Feel like we really get to know Connor more in this one. The interactions and the whole group dynamic is what makes these series so good. The narration is done really well.

Another smash hit

each book in this series gets better and better!! I have already purchased the next one and just can't wait!!

I have recommended this series to all by book reading/audiboook listening friends. This series was one of the first to get me into audiobooks and reading in general.

Unique Loyalty

Love Rose and Connor! The sense of family and the unselfish desire to do what is best for the ones they love is a strong motivator. The way Connor resolves problems is unique and unexpected.

Passion & Trials

Some people are too smart for their own good, but maybe Connor is just right. I love their intellectual romance and how this story shows that love can look different for everyone.

The evolution of the Cobalts

I have finally grown to love Rose. She has learned to humble herself to world around her and except that she can't control everything. She has also become so much stronger.
