There is nothing like it
I loved this book so much. I am a woman who has been abusive to her husband and there is literally nothing that makes you feel like you can change. All the programs and online forums judge and make you feel like a monster. Abusers have feelings too and we matter to be able to get help and have positivity and tools to become better people.
