wow what a story

I have liked jason clarke for a long time but he knocked it out of the park this time. I did get a little tired of all the sex. could have had a little more plot. overall good listen. favorite of the 3 books.

This book is so good! I love Foxx and his freaky tendencies and I love Mia for her courage and stupidity at the same time. They are a perfect match. I was totally absorbed into this story and the steam was hot enough to burn the pages!🔥🔥🔥 Jason Clarke did a fantastic sexy Foxx and Samantha did great as well.

Paisley hope does it again

5 stars all around! This whole series is perfect. A little unhinged and a whole lot of spice. Aiden & Mia were obviously soulmates. And two of my favorite narrators knocked this out of the park!

Everyone needs an Aiden Foxx in their life!! The narration was superb. I’ve fallen head over heels for any and all of Paisley’s books!

I had such a fun time reading this book and listening to the audiobook. It's definitely very smutty and lust-filled, but there's also a solid plot and plenty of interesting character dynamics to keep things engaging. The author clearly knows exactly what she's doing because I was entertained from beginning to end.

Both main characters are incredibly strong-willed and stubborn. While their relationship starts with a heavy dose of insta-lust, it develops into something much deeper, with genuine care, loyalty, and protectiveness. From the moment Aiden lays eyes on Mia, he's completely possessive, claiming her as his and doing everything in his power to protect her despite the many secrets between them. Some of his choices are definitely questionable, but they always come from a place of love and fierce devotion to the people he cares about.

Mia is equally compelling. She's strong, defiant, and determined to uncover the truth and avenge her sister's brutal murder. At the same time, she has a reckless streak, craving danger, while also embracing a more submissive side in her relationship with Aiden. Their banter is entertaining, their chemistry is undeniable, and the tension between them is off the charts. I definitely found myself blushing more than once during those spicy scenes.

The narrators did an amazing job, especially Aiden's narrator was on point. Sexy, unhinged, addicting to listen to.

Overall, this was an addictive, fast-paced read that balanced steam, suspense, and romance really well.
