COVID information here!
I don't understand why so many people are afraid of certain diseases, but do nothing to PREVENT them within there own bodies! This is a good book full of BASIC health information. I have studied natural healthcare over 30 years. The author uses research data religiously. The cover of the book caused me to not take the book seriously. I thought it was a book on Russian war history.
