Soul Mates

A very engaging tale. It makes you think, what would I do in her situation? It is definitely a different take on vampire stories. I received this audiobook for free and I am freely giving this review.

Magical

Intense and informative paranormal. Two very strong main characters so they definitely bump heads both make some bad decisions but together they make a great explosive team. Love will always find a way, story is very interesting and was enjoyable. I received a free audio version and am voluntarily reviewing. The narrators did a good job with the female voices.

Maya and Tristan

This is the second book in the Underground Encounters series but you don't have to have listened to the first one to enjoy this, although I do recommend it, I think this one was well written with excellent characters in Maya Winters and Tristan Stone. The chemistry in this particular book is off the charts, it's sooooo hot (perfect for a book called Fire)! The characters are so good together, they both have secrets she may be a fire-fighter but she also has a hidden edge which helps her do her job. Whilst Tristan is a witch, who comes from an old Salem family, but he thinks the talents he has inherited are more of a curse than anything else.

In the first book Maya and her friend Nike, also a fire-fighter, went to Vamps an underground Goth club they both enjoyed visiting, Nike met the owner Michel, a vampire and they began a relationship. Later there was a fire which caused lots of damage so Michel decided to sell the club, which was later bought and re-vamped by Tristan.

Tristan may own the club but he doesn't frequent it, his curse makes doing so difficult but one night he sees Maya and is drawn to her, the feeling is mutual, but will they be able to make a relationship work? Will they trust each other with their secrets especially as what they have together is too good to let it go.

I really enjoyed this book, I enjoyed the storyline, the characters, the chemistry and the writing style. The book is narrated by Amber Lee Connors and Kieran Flitton who brought the characters to life beautifully.

I was given this audiobook as a gift and am voluntarily writing my review.

Fun listen

Fun listen. Interesting characters with good development. Recommend for someone looking for a exciting listen. Received this book in exchange for a review.

Excellent storyline Great characters and absolutely wonderful Narrator!!
This author is a very good writer who makes you not want to put book down ( Or stop listening). I do Miss the Gargoyles though and hope they are back in the next book.
