One of the best book

I would highly recommend this to anyone, regardless of if you perceive yourself to have any mental health issues. The tools explained here are useful across your life. This course is particularly powerful because of the recordings of sessions with real people so you can see the techniques in action.

Just feel good

There is a distinction between overthinking and evaluating. People sometimes misquote it for something else. This book did an excellent job of evaluating them.
