A Great Read!

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

This is one of those selected SciFi books that really grabs and holds your attention. The series is a lot of fun, and I've pre-ordered book 3 in the series.

What did you like best about this story?

The blending of space fiction with on the ground action, a race against time, political intrigue that does a pretty good job of describing what would probably happen in a real alien invasion, all combines into a story that's hard to put down (or unplug).

Enjoyed the story and performance

What does R. C. Bray bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Interesting listen. RC Bray did a great job of reading - his delivery was such that I could enjoy the characters and story without thinking about or noticing the performance. So many times a reader will mispronounce foreign words or get accents or genders wrong which is distracting - RC Bray delivered this one well.

Absolutely exquisite, Moss doesn't disappoint

Stephen managed to come through after the masterpiece that Fear The Sky was. The story is pure Genius, the characters keep developing and evolving, the writing is skilled and refreshing and finally, the narration of RC is like listening to Mozart. I totally LOVED this book. Great work Stephen and RC.

Amazing

Don't think twice. One of the best stories and performances I've even heard on an audio book.

Most amazing sci fi story

The voice of the reader is superb. Adapts easily to match different personalities, genders and mimics dialects or regional intonations perfectly. The story itself is densely packed with twists and turns. It's introducing fantastic technology, believable future marvels of science fiction.

Outstanding

The series just gets better as it gets deeper. so many avenues to explore in this story. Can't to start on book 3.

This story is a great addition to the first book. And as the first one it will keep you on the edge of your seat! Well done!

True science fiction

he whole story from start to finish was based on things that theoretically could be possible. so that is the fiction part and the science part is the fact that it is based on things that are possible theoretically. other than that it was a very good story well integrated and well written. needless to say, I loved it and I look forward to anything else this author would offer
