The Why behind of fasting

It opened my eyes to why we do this spiritual practice. After learning about fasting, I plan to do fasting more as part of my life in following Jesus.

There are no coincidences. I was praying and fasting the first week of 2024 and I saw this book advertised on Jentezen Franklin's Media Miniseries broadcast on TBN. I accessed it right away and joined the corporate fast with his church, Free Chapel. It has been such a blessing to me.
