I appreciate you spending a lot of time, effort, and energy on the research for this book. It's open here. my eyes to what I perceived as flaws in my personality and intellect, but now I see that it's something I couldn't have possibly controlled. I now have a variety of strategies and skills to help me deal with some of these difficulties in my relationships with friends, family, and romantic partners thanks to this book.

A Heartfelt Audiobook Experience

The advice on task and financial organization is helpful. Utilizing applications is a great idea. I'd appreciate some recommendations for top applications. I have a serious problem with organizing my documents. I manage an Airbnb while I teach kindergarten. During the academic year, I'm really busy. It's challenging to stay on top of the paperwork for the Airbnb. There must be some sort of helpful applications available. I'll search and see what I can discover. Thank you for the advice!

The three greatest problems in my life were thoroughly covered in this book. time management, organizing, and finances. Even though each of these three issues is challenging on its own, having all three at once has made me quite anxious.

An Audiobook that Will Sweep You Off Your Feet

I recently received a diagnosis of ADHD, and of all the materials I have been reading, this one seems to best describe my situation. I'm shocked and relieved to learn that I have a diagnosis I can identify with and a set of techniques I can start using to address a lifetime of believing I was just lousy at things most people seemed to do with ease. I like the fact that these researchers and authors produced a book that is understandable and non-prescriptive while still providing useful guidance.

The Perfect Blend of Love and Business

At the age of 47, she received an ADHD diagnosis. Given medication and instructed to conduct my own research, the shift was difficult and I now regret that I wasn't identified sooner. Because of my ADHD procrastination, it took me some time to start reading this book, but once I did, all of my queries were well addressed. Anyone interested in learning more about how ADHD affects women's life should read this book, in my opinion. Many thanks
