I'm not sure

The story is good, the intimate scenes are good, lots of spice but Samantha gets even more whiny in this one, granted she is pregnant but it's repetitive and a lot. The cliffhanger ended and began with baby momma drama, pretend baby momma from his ex-wife. Sam comes off as a strong woman but she tries to compare herself too much to Gabe's ex-wife and comes across as weak. This one also has the mysterious phone calls again, so there is some suspense with this one too. Good series that will have me looking to listen to more of Sadie Kincaid's books. I understand the others are great.

Great male narrator, repetitious story

The male narrator plays a female and male part. He did such a great job that it was seamless. The female narrator has a beautiful voice as a female, but doing a male was awkward and strange and always jolted me out of my happy place. Would not recommend. I didn’t realize this is how they do it.
I found the story to be repetitious about the ex-wife. Just got old real fast.
There are so much better ones by her

Happy ending

I was nervous that Sam and Gabe were not going to get back together. I wanted to punch Jennifer myself for all the mess she made. I love the story and the happy ending., they deserve each other.

My ears…

I’ve listened to both books. I really like the story but the female narrator does not sound like a mid-thirties woman. She sounds and behaves like a 13 yr old. She gives emphasis on the wrong syllables, the wrong word in the sentence, etc.
It’s very annoying. I will probably buy the book.

Loaded with Sexy Scenes

Held my interest throughout the entire book. Looking forward to the next book in this series.

Great storyline, plenty of naughty but placed well in the story. Loved the characters. Great readers. Completely enjoyed.

Max is my favorite!

I first heard this book last year and decided I wanted to hear it again since heart of a devil released. This story had the most perfect ending to this duet. Jennifer sucks. Sam is amazing. I enjoyed the twists and turns during this one. It kept you guessing what was coming next. Gabe is such a great man. I love him. This duet is a perfect quick 2 to get through in between books. Highly recommend

This is definitely on my top 5 it's amazing. I love how the narrators bring it to life. I couldn't stop. This book doesn't disappoint. This author is amazing and can really keep you on the edge. I am telling you it's full of spice. I loved every minute of this book.

Sadie Kincaid fan

I love Sadie Kincaid’s Ruthless series- all of them. Except this one. London Ruthless- I just couldn’t get into it. I think it was too repetitively anxsty- overly ruminating and how many times can Sam leave Gabriel. A decent story with all the cardinal characteristics of SK.

Good listen but so repetitive

I enjoyed the story and the narrators. It was a little hard to get used to the Females voice attempting the mans voice, annoying. But I eventually got used to it.
This 2nd book felt like it had a lot more sex, which I don't mind, but the writer really needed to do a better job with synonyms. The same words were used, same descriptions it was really irritating. I mean if you're going to have so much sex I. a story at least get creative!
Male narration was on fire, very well done! Female was good with the exception of her attempt at the male narration.
The overall plot, sorry was also good. I never felt like, "Oh my goodness I just can't put this book down", but it was still a good story. My only issue was how childish the FMC was most of the time. I rolled my eyes a lot at her immaturity.
