Freaking amazing!
Ok look here!!! Yes this is a great story! But what brings it out more is the narrator's. They did AMAZING JOB!!!
I have 2 small complaints and that is I wish the author had put in sex scenes. I mean you know it's about to go down but then it shift on to another scene. The second is that book 3 isn't out yet and it left you hanging. DAMN IT!!!
Can't wait for book 3 to come out. ☺️😊

Great Series!
I hope this author finds the time to continue this series soon. This is the second time I've listened to the two books, and I truly appreciated the story and the narration. Having a male and female narrator is very enjoyable.

Ummm WHY DID IT END?!?!?
Last book I gave it a 3star on story and a 5star on performance. But DANG DID U BLOW ME AWAY WITH STORY THIS TIME! Characters where incredible and it was so real in that people gave emotions and actually make right and wrong decisions it was amazing. Great job. Just wow I need the next book please

surprisingly good.
I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked this book. I really liked the fact that the sex was not covered in a cringy manner. the magic system is very robust and well designed. and the story has me very interested. I will definitely keep a eye out for the 3rd book. the narration did leave a little to be desired. while not bad several parts were hard to understand from speaking to quickly and not pronouncing the words clearly.

Were Is Book 3
So far I prefer the first book in the series, the second book just kind ends suddenly. The last chapter throws a bunch of information at the reader like the overall status of the Heaven Empire along with the build up to the coming battle. But then it just ends on a cliff hanger.
It’s been 2 years since it released and I could find no information about a 3rd title in the works. That could tie up all the loose and plot holes the second book leaves unanswered.

worth it
loved the first book, but this one starts off from the point of view of a new character. there are many new viewpoints so at times you wonder who these people are, but this chaper does come together mostly before the end of this book, leaving room for the series to continue.
