Here we go another book hang over 😩 JLM is a amazing writer this book has lots of world building and I can’t wait for the next one to come out! I was pleasantly surprised by all the pleasure in this book but I really shouldn’t be because FBaA has some spice I’d rate the spice level at a 🌶️🌶️🌶️ at least. If spice isn’t your thing you might rate it at 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ I love JLA and I can’t wait for the next book! Definitely the kind of book you should reread just so everything clicks into place!

Loved every minute

I listen to a lot of audiobooks, and so far this is one of my favorite. The storyline itself is fantastic, the spiciness isn’t overdone and corny, the narration is perfection. I have no complaints. Im just sad the series isn’t complete so I can’t binge it.

Another Hit!!!

I hate it when J.A.’s books come to an end, but hate even more when the next book in the series isn’t available yet. So good. Whether you’ve listened to the Blood & Ash series and the Flesh & Fire series, or you’ve never listened to a Jennifer Armentrout book before, you’ll love this book.

This book definitely has the feel of her other series but I liked how this book makes reference to earth when there were cities and sky scrappers and seven continent (today’s world), bringing this fantasy story back to earth, instead of a fantasy place.

There were so many things I loved about this book. The story (as stated) was one I didn’t want to stop listening too, the narrator was great, the characters were well developed, and the author gives you just enough without being predictable.

I give this a big 👍🏻👍🏻.

Just read it

Yes, we’re all here trying to get our fill from FBAA & Shadow in the Ember, and this book gives you a good mix of what we’re craving but with something totally new.
The book starts off with character building and world setting and of course that takes time to get into. I think the characters could use alittle bit more depth in this book but of course, our girl brings so much into her series.
I think spice wise, this has to be one of my favorite connections from all of her series. It’s hot, sexy, and gives all the butterflies.

Wonderful new series!!

This is such a great start to a new series. The plot is unlike anything that I have read before. I look forward to the next book in the series.
