mixed experience

This would be beneficial if not for the loud message from Audible at the very end!!! Just as I was falling asleep this very loud message woke me up. it's completely counter productive. Suggest purchasing this from another source.

Very helpful, but Audible announcement disruptive

The guided imagery recordings are very helpful and effective, however I haven't figured out how to stop the loud, jarring Audible announcement at the end ("Audible hopes you have enjoyed this recording!"), which really defeats the purpose.

Helps me sleep when I cant

It helps me sleep every time I listen to it. I tend to have sleep issues and this book has helped make it easier to go to skeep
