l really liked this second story of survival and gatherings of world end survivors in a hidden sanctuary. The narrator Anaya Vitalis did an outstanding job with all the characters so l could easily follow the story and take her job for granted. l would listen to her anytime! l was quickly drawn to the lone girl in the worn torn clothes and holey boots as she took me with her to hide from the storm. looking forward to the next in series.❣

Love the story

I loved this story! It has a quick pace, flows nicely and the characters are great. Perry is strong, she's a fighter, I absolutely love her. This is the second book in the series, they are standalones and can be read in any order but reading them order gives you a better idea of the world. I definitely recommend this clean RH. I can't wait for the next one!

I loved this as an ebook so I was looking forward to the audio version. I liked the accents that Anaya Vitalis added, I noticed one of the accents didn’t stay as strong as others. I still really enjoyed her reading of this story I already enjoyed.

a Great second installment

I liked this book as it shows a unique perspective on relationships. It was also neat to see that even after 5 years of the end of the world that people can be nice to each other. It was a cute second book and I highly recommend it.

Great Book 2

I enjoyed the 2nd book in this series. A new set of characters, with an appearance of characters from book 1.
Another well written short story full of bonding, relationships and unique characters set in an apocalyptic world setting.
I love the different paranormal creatures and how they all work in their harem.
Narration was awesome!
Ready for book 3!

Liked the story and guys, but not the MC 100%

Book 2 of Laura Greenwood’s Return of the Fae series continues with another MC her finding her mates in this apocalyptic setting. In Book 1, I really liked the MC, guys, and story but in this one I didnt connect with the MC as well. I enjoyed the 2 guys we got to know (didnt get a lot of time to get to know Theo) but for some reason I wasnt a huge fan of Perry. I think it was more her inner monologue got pretty repetitive and that took me out of the story quite a bit. I really enjoyed getting to see the shifting part of this story (especially the hybrid form for one of the characters). I really think this series had a lot of potential to be full length books and stories, but I understand why they weren’t. Definitely could have been one of my favorites. I really like the idea about the fae coming together and being able to open the portal.

For the narration, I dont have a lot of things to critique. I think to my the most confusing thing is in each of these books, the MC doesn’t have an accent, but when you get to the next book, that same MC (like Perry and Rhianna) would then have a crazy accent. It confused me and kinda put me off. So did Rhianna have a French accent? I did have to put the speed way up because of the intonation and speed of the narrator. Good job, not in my top 5 narrators but definitely would listen to her again.

Even better than book 1

I enjoyed this sequel even more than book 1 . I felt more invested into the characters also . I hope to listen to many more in this series !

This book is a fantastic concept with lots of potential for a lot more books. This storyline is brilliant and very well written. Great performance from Anaya.
