This author is the master of the cliché plot With a narrator who is either AI or a robot with a Yankee accent

Every character speaks like a third grader in a Christmas play with that amount of emotional range. Everybody has a Yankee accent from New Hampshire or thereabouts in Stephen Kingland. Of course the lady rescues her knight . There were so many mispronunciations. That I had to WINCE every 10 minutes. The main character steals a line from a Disney cartoon mouse saying bravely: never say never! I know now why each of these books is under 10 bucks.
