Easy to listen to and has great information.
This is a great audiobook as it has great information and I love how it incorporates gut health and nutrition for mental health. Kathy also talks about supplements and how they can help but sometimes may not be a good choice. She does not try to steer the reader to pharmaceuticals as the answer for clarity. Kathy discusses getting back to basics in health, nutrition, and life in general to help with overall health.

A must read!
Flew by, loved listening, great info. Why hasn't this book been written before? Too many psychiatric providers just prescribed. This book is a complete resource for mental wellness.
