Stone Reeves was my neighbor, and I've hated him since sixth grade.

Gorgeous and charismatic, he became the town's football god, while I became the town's invisible girl.

He went to a Division 1 school for football, while my father was fired by his father.

His team won the National Championship, while my mother died the same day.

He was a first round pick for the NFL...

...while I made the worst decision of my life.

Now I'm in Texas trying to pick up the pieces of my life.

But, Stone is here.

Stone is everywhere.

It doesn't matter that disaster has struck my life again.

It doesn't matter that he's the one trying to console me.

It doesn't matter that he's the nation's newest football obsession.

Because for me, he always has been and always will be my enemy.

This book is so good you will not be able to put it down. this needs to be a movie. Stone and Dusty are such great characters. Hopefully there will be a book two to see how their love story continues.

Oh this story was so interesting- it’s raw, beautiful and full of emotions. This is a true enemies to lovers adventure- buckle in its a wild ride. First I loved the fact the fmc was studying marine biology! This isn’t a big part of the book but as a person with that same career I really connected. Dusty and Stone were childhood friends, turned into more, turned into enemies when he just leaves. They reconnect again and it’s steamy and passionate until it is not again. I feel like Stone has always loved Dusty just really does not express this to her. The audiobook was narrated by Jason Clarke and Savannah Peachwood. The story is mostly told in Dusty’s point of view so most of the audio is by Savannah. She really conveys all the emotions and feelings felt in this story.

Yes I hated the fallen crest books, but this made up for them. This is better writing and a much better story.

Good that the author changed the stereotype of mean girls.
It seemed to me that the hero kept apologizing. Maybe it was just me.
Story is good. Narrator was excellent.
