another wonderful Elsie Dinsmore book

same performance as the 1st 2 Elsie books. this book spans about 10 years of Elsies life and the entire Civil War. definitely my fav Elsie book so far- partly because of how the civil war is discussed. it brought prospectives I had never thought much about. author lived during this time so the information is accurate down to the southern prison camp in the book is real and is still known today as possibly the worst civil war prison, etc. wonderful book.
