A Great Experiential Book

I found much value in the guided meditations and the content of the guided experience. I also found that the reading was rushed, and found it hard to keep up. I think if the reader slowed down, allowed more pauses for the listener to actually experience the moments described it would be more effectual allowing the listener to enjoy those moments a little longer.

Get ready to relax

I don't know, but after finishing this book I was deeply relaxed. There was great information here and a couple of journeys. I was relaxed afterwards which was nice. Learning was nice as well.

Great tools

I’m excited about the journeying in this book. I’ve listened a couple times to prepare. I’ve had success with many journeys. I’m forced into healing myself after decades of trauma and abuse. From infancy on. I’ve done soul retrievals but have never renegotiated my soul contract before with my celestial parents. Not a long book but so valuable for the tools it provides.
