Being a person who’s gone through divorce, I can confirm that this book is extremely helpful and useful. It really touches on the areas that I would think about when going through such a hard time. I would absolutely recommend to anyone who’s going through it, and others.

Divorce is one of things you would not wish for yourself nor your enemies. It is very imperative that everyone listen to these affirmations for they will help you lift up your spirits and support you to be in a positive space. Any one undergoing this is advice to take a look to this book as it will help boost your spirit.The author has done a good job in doing this book.

Great Book

This is an excellent book for difficult times, from dealing with difficult emotions, faith, looking on the bright side, maintaining confidence for the future, forgiving yourself, rising above everything and looking forward to a bring future, letting go of the negative feeling and replacing it with peace, seeing the positive in every emotion, self-esteem ad self-confidence to seeing yourself as a whole and worthwhile. There are parts of the book for everybody. Great book...

Much needed

This was a great listen. Really positive and uplifting to someone who's put out down by divorce. Highly recommend to everyone going through it!
