Engaging book

From the start it had me hooked. I was cheering them on in my mind.

Gerri does it again!

I’d taken a break from Gerri’s books because I’d discovered a few new authors. Late in 2024 I realized that there were a bunch of her books available.

I love her series and stand alone books!

Now for this book! Fantastic. Abby always does a great job, so no surprise there. Gerri does a great job at combining a romance and a crazy intriguing storyline!

I love that she does mystery and suspense. There are always twist and turns that keep me focused! Moving on to book 2!

I highly recommend this series and all of her other books. I’m picky so that is saying a lot coming from me!

really enjoying Gerri Hill stories

overall I have been really enjoying Gerri Hills books. this story had a couple spots where the characters were on the phone one second and then next they were together the transition was seemless and a bit confusing. but I really liked the ending to this story and can't wait to start book 2.

Loved the Heck out of this book, my favorite from Gerri this far

I loved the bouncing from one character to the other with each chapter allowing readers to know what each was thinking! This book was suspenseful surrounding the case, the characters were so deep and hurt from their past, they helped heal each others hearts and (predictable spoiler) witnessing them fall in love was so emotional and pure.

Amazing!

Wonderful book! Amazing pacing, intriguing story - I love the tie in to the Hunter series. Characters have unbelievable chemistry, and it has me laughing constantly.
