Publisher's summary

Contains books one, two, and three of the Deliver series.

Deliver, book 1

She is a Deliverer. She lures young men and delivers them to be sold. She delivers the strikes that enforce their obedience. She delivers the training that determines their purchase price. As long as she delivers, the arrangement that protects her family will hold. The one thing she can't deliver is a captive from slavery. Until him. And her stubborn slave thinks he can deliver her...from herself.

Vanquish, book 2

Her life is like a self-made prison cell. Her agoraphobia doesn’t define her. It simply keeps her safe. He belongs in a prison cell. Capturing her is the easy part. Her f--ked-up mind, however, makes him question everything he does next. But he’s a determined bastard. If all goes his way, this will hurt like hell.

Disclaim, book 3

Camila was 17 when Van Quiso kidnapped her. Ten years after her escape, the shackles refuse to release her. Not while there are still slave traders preying on her city. She will stop at nothing to end them. Even if that means becoming a slave again.

5 Stars Delivered

I must admit I have already read every single book in this series - some of them a couple of times. I know how intense, riveting and thrilling each and everyone of these three books are. So to get them bundled like this for only $.99 is more than a bargain it is a steal! This entire series is awesome! Pam Godwin's writing is incomparable and she delivers dark deliciousness in this 3 book bundle from beginning to end. Every scene and chapter is delivered with intentionality and not a word is superfluous. The first story of the series sets the tone for the rest of them but they each feature a different couple that get a guaranteed HEA. Even though they get their HEA it is a hard won and dangerous road to it for most of them. Nothing comes easily for them as they all carry emotional wounds from their past that have not healed.

VANQUISH: My favorite book of the series is book 2 Vanquish. It features the "villain" of the first book Deliver. It is hard to wrap your mind around rooting for such a man as Vanquiso. He is the perpetrator of such heinous crimes in the first book you can't imagine any kind of redemption for him. And yet... there is a certain dark attraction that you can't help but have for him - fatal attraction or sympathy for the devil? It is hard to define but you just know that he has been hurt and wounded in his past. There has to be a reason for him being such a "monster" who was involved in the selling of humans. Vanquish fills those cracks in Vanquiso's origin story and leaves you emotionally spent.

With a past like Vanquiso's it is no wonder that we find him attracted to another person with a painful past. A woman so broken and damaged that she can't even leave her home = Amber. This unfortunate scenario allows Vanquiso to invade not only her home but her heart and soul. There's is not an easy "courtship" - if we are redefining the word courtship as an euphemism for triage in the middle of war zone. As is his nature, Vanquiso does nothing gently when he wants something and he wants Amber. He manipulates her, abuses her sexually and emotionally and takes and takes and takes everything she has to give and everything she doesn't. We learn about her wounds, the scars that never healed and the pain that still lingers in her. He brings it all out and deconstructs her body, mind heart and soul. And yet... he also begins the process of healing and putting her scarred pieces back together again. Vanquiso and Amber's relationship is far from conventional. So disturbing at times it is hard to read but it is also a beautiful wreckage to behold .

The narration of all of these books is top notch! Teddy Hamiltion, Christian F'ox and the other narrators make you feel every painful and passion filled second of these books. They were the perfect voices to tell these stories of tragedy, villainy and redemption.

Vanquish and all of the books of the Deliver series have plenty of triggers, so don't enter lightly (noncon, sexual assault, sex trafficking, physical abuse) But if you are a fan of dark romance, that delivers antiheroes and villains that do questionable, objectional and downright wicked things and yet somehow find a bit of redemption in the power of love, then you will love Vanquish and the entire series as much as I do.

Dont Miss This Amazing Listen

Deliver

I read a lot of dark books. In fact they are probably one of my favorite types of books that I like the read. I kind of like to push my boundaries and see where the author takes me. However when I started Deliver I was so mad. I hated Liv with a passion. I have yet to this day to figure out if it was just my mood or if I was upset she took this sweet caring for his family, has more on his shoulders than he should carry boy from his family. And I have yet to figure out why in the world I reacted that way. That said it took me a bit to get into this book. However once I did I really liked Liv better but absolutely adored Josh. They certainly never met and said hey I want to know this person better and there are reasons for why Liv takes people and then delivers them. You just have to read this book to find out what and why because I hate spoilers. I devoured this book once I finally got over whatever was wrong with me. If you like your books dark and that keep you guessing then you do not want to miss Deliver. This is a great start to a series I can not wait to continue.

Vanquish

We first met Van in Deliver. He was Liv's for lack of a better word, partner in crime. They also have a child together and now that Liv has moved on Van needs to do the same. But, he has to keep tabs on his daughter. From the porch of a house that he thinks is abandoned, he spies on Liv. Secretly he still wants her back, but he also wants to be a dad to his daughter and hates the fact in a way that Live now has a relationship with her. Imagine his surprise when a woman, one of the most beautiful women he has ever seen steps out on the porch like a maniac and flees basically to her mail box but doesn't make it back to the house without having the worlds biggest panic attack and starting the obsession Van will seem to have for Amber. He is going to fix her. Really though I was so hoping that they fixed each other. I know Van was the super bad guy in Deliver but in Vanquish we get to see a whole other side of him. A side that has always lived in him but he has obviously forgotten about. Poor Amber will break your heart with her terror of stepping outside to her OCD and other things that she does simply to survive a day. I say survive because she is by no means living life at all. A man destroyed her and it is going to take a stronger one to help her. Van is the man for that job. This book simply put is amazing. Once again Pam Godwin has blown me away.

Disclaim

Disclaim is absolutely amazing!! This is Pam Godwin at her finest. Dark books have quickly become some of my favorite books and Pam Godwin is at the top of my list of authors who write them. In Disclaim we meet Camilla who I liked right from the get go. She's a strong, independent, woman who is on a mission and will let nothing stop her. As strong as she is, she is also searching for something that is missing in her life and never quite able to find it. Matias is just straight up alpha greatness. He's dark and dangerous but has a soft spot in his heart for Camilla. They've known each other since they we're kids and it was great to get glimpses of a younger Matias and Camila. So many secrets are kept but all will be revealed. It's so worth the journey with these two amazing characters to learn their secrets and desires.

Disclaim is more than a book. It's a journey. An experience. I'm so glad I got to read and review this book. I can't wait to see where Pam Godwin takes us next

Complete Package

Having read over 50 audiobooks I have never been compelled to write a review until this book. Everything about it hit all the exact right spots for me. The intrigue the suspense the seduction the intimacy the plot and character connections all of these things were there in just the right amount. I would highly recommend this book to those seeking erotic literature and not looking for just nasty words.

dark, gritty, and unputdownable

Deliver-

At first I wasn't even sure I could read it. Deliver has some seriously dark situations that may cause even those that think they are hardened to get nauseous or nervous. But my desire to know exactly what happens pulled me deeper into a world I fear.

Deliver has a seriously impressive meaning that filters through the entire story. A thread that ties it all together. It's intense and may make you question your own mental state. It is quite possibly a huge twist of fate that I stumbled on this book but I intend to devour all the others in the series.

I can't even say I "enjoyed" it because it's completely the wrong word to describe this book but the only one simple enough to convey the point. Deliver will leave you with a mixed bag of emotions and more questions.

If you are like me, your mind will be spinning. Your heart will be a confused version of happy. But you will need everything mapped out and hopefully Vanquish will help with that.

Vanquish-

If you never thought you could feel anything other than loathing or pity for Van Quiso, you obviously haven't read Vanquish yet. I will admit Deliver gave me a picture of all I needed to know about this deeply f*cked up individual. Or so I thought...The only pity I felt towards Van was when he was shot trying to make amends in Deliver. But Vanquish, oh boy, Vanquish will have you run the entire gamut of emotions.

Vanquish will have you hating, despising, confused, and even dare I say it...liking. You might even stray as far as admiring, appreciating, or gasp...falling for Van.

It might be Stockholm Syndrome or it might even be genuine affection- the only way you will know is picking it up and reading the world through the devil's eyes.

Vanquish is a great story and a wild ride but you MUST have read Deliver to even understand an inkling of what is going on. It is not a stand alone. It is however a stand out. Of all the books you read this year, I guarantee you will have a hard time forgetting it. If you are like me you will crave the rest in the series too.

Disclaim-

Holy shit, holy shit, holy shit!!!

Clearly this isn't your first Pam Godwin book because you needed to read Deliver and Vanquish first but it will feel like you have no idea what is going on. You will be on edge, confused, and this side of angry. Disclaim your emotions because your allegiance will be tested and hold onto your morals because otherwise you will be adrift.

Just wow! There is so much going on in this book that your head will be spinning. You won't know which way is up, who to trust, or whether or not you will be happy in the end. It's so well written. You have no idea....

Just wow! This crazy train left the station and here I am hours later with one bathroom break, typing this at 3:36 AM. There is no way you will be able to put this book down. It is everything you expect from Ms. Godwin and somehow still incredibly surprising.

I wanted to DNF, but stuck with it for the HEA

First book was good. Dark, but Josh made everything okay. He was stable in mind, so the fact he "saved" Liv in the journey, it was just good.

But Van's character can kick it. Hated him in book 1, hated him in book 2. How is it ok that he just punches his women? Is that okay? Hell no. And the fact that Amber is mentally ill, its hard to accept that everything Van does is OK. It's not. He's an abuser and rapist, just like in book 1. She's not mentally healthy enough for this book to be okay, even if Van "transformed". Van didn't do anything the appropriate way, no safe words, no consent (at all, like no heads up before he does what he does), he just does whatever he wants and it's okay? This book is disgusting honestly. I'm going to finish the series because I'm no quitter but I DESPISE Van. How many times I rolled my eyes in Vanquish I'm surprised they didn't get stuck. Like, right, because she EVENTUALLY feels pleasure, it's all OK. okay, so that's HUMAN RESPONSE, doesn't make anything right. Van does what Van wants and Amber just has to accept it. Big NOPE.

Book 3, well I'm all about kink, but this is just straight up abuse and constant rape, not rape fantasy/kink. I mean, I knew there was lots of rape and abuse, but they are supposed to be childhood best friends. I mean he goes out, does some cartel business all while she's chained up and then comes back and beats her bloody, face down on the floor while she's screaming to stop, keep in mind, he loves her (eye roll), but he's releasing energy by beating his girl, and it's all ok?!?! then he proceeds to force himself in her mouth. there was nothing sexy or arousing about this, it was abuse and it was horrible. if this was real life, he'd be in jail. oh, but he feels bad later. right. there was nothing BDSM kink about this. IT WAS VIOLENT and abuse, every session. i mean he got off on the broken skin he inflicted, even when she said STOP or NO, he didnt care, it was just over and over and over, again, she would be in the hospital if that actually happened, and he would be in jail. she was not consenting and had done nothing to be punished. (But he was so in love with her, pfffff, yeah i love when an alpha male gets off on, hurts me, and beats me until i bleed, so hot. eye roll) Personally, he was worse than Van. I'm just sickened by so much in these books, I wanted to scream so many times. just eye rolling "yeah right" moments. no one would forgive for the stuff that is done. Rape and violence by him but because they have history, he didn't care. And because her natural body reaction of coming happens, she would blame HERSELF! No wonder women blame themselves when things like this are in books. I knew it was going to be bad, trigger warnings galore, but stuff in here was ridiculous. overall, story is fantastic, but moments were just too much and too often. it's predatory and rapey and violent. but again, it's all okay in the end. (eye roll)

disclaimer: I love a taboo dark romance, and I would've been okay if it wasn't so far fetched in regards to, "if that really happened" scenarios, because she'd have been in the hospital at least 3 times in the book. not realistic and so eye roll worthy. it's abuse and it deserves to be called abuse and that more than 50 lashes breaking the skin then getting screwed would NEVER happen.

4.5 Dark and Twisted Stars!

Deliver: What did I just read! Amazing! Through depravity you find freedom. My mind is blown. Not what I expected but so much more. If you enjoy dark, and this one is definitely dark, one click. I devoured this in a day and can’t wait to start Vanquish. No cliffhanger. I highly recommend this audiobook. Abby Craden and Teddy Hamilton’s narration is great!

Vanquish: After finishing Deliver I couldn’t wait for Van’s story. A great read, but definitely dark and deals with sensitive subject matters. This story gives more background as to why Van is the way he is and how he evolves and redeems himself through his journey with Amber. A must read in this series. Jo Raylan and Ryan West’s narration was good.

Disclaim: What did I just read?!? A second chance that blows your mind!!! Absolutely my favorite in this series!!! Dark, angsty with twists and turns. Do you trust your history or what you think you know now. Grabs you from the start and you won’t be able to put it down. A must read in this deliciously dark series. Wow! Christian Fox and Emma Wilder’s narration fantastic!

Blown away!

Wow, just wow! Definitely not for anyone under 18 years old! Not for the feint of heart- this book collection transitions seamlessly into each other, and you see how the characters grow within themselves. I liked all 3 stories and fell for all the main characters- with Van being one of my favorites despite how dark and twisted he is- This author has ruined it by setting such a high standard for dark, erotic fiction for me! I will be finishing the entire series starting with books 4-6 (From Evil).

Psycho dark

Narrators we’re good. There were parts where I felt like I was there. Cringed, laughed, and snickered. Another form of “taste the rainbow “ I loved, being a little OCD myself.
Having a dark story you have to have the DARK bad guy. The darkness is psychologically dark. Beyond fetish. That’s the reason for the warnings. It’s fiction. I liked how the author turned each book to a ending where the bad guy was turned by their love.
Now it’s time to start book 4…

Book one was pretty good, two I DNF’s because of Rape and book three the SA was just a lot. There’s dark romance and then there’s straight up rape.

Brilliant!

Deliver Us is the first three books in The Deliver Series packaged together in a box set. In Deliver book #1 we meet Josh and Liv who set the storyline for this brilliant series. In Vanquish book #2 we get Van and Amber’s story, and in Disclaim book #3, it’s Matias and Camila’s turn.
If you like dark romances then this book is definitely for you. You’ll be hooked by the thrilling twists and turns, not to mention the damaged characters; but the sexual, physical, and mental abuse is heartbreaking at times and may not be for the faint hearted.
This brilliant darker than dark series is a story of redemption, forgiveness, and love, whilst fighting evil captors, slave traders and warlords.
I’ve read all of this amazing series so far and can’t wait to read the last three books that are coming soon! I have this series on audiobook too and the narrators are fantastic. I highly recommend any and all versions.

Captivating (I do not apologize for the pun)

I like these books a lot but I love the first one especially.

First a warning: This is not the books for you if you like your erotica light and "sweet vanilla". This is dark stories with BDSM and quite a few straight up abuse scenes in between. If you struggle with the abuse in the book(s) know it ends good with a nice twist.

The books are well written, the characters deep and the storyline captivating. I find my self immersed in the story and have to stop whatever I am doing and just listen. They are not a light read/listen, be prepared for dark feelings and even some tears.
Book 1 is a masterpiece, book 2 is good and 3is struggling a little bit to keep me on my toes.

Very good narrators.

Series just gets better . Scorching 🔥 🔥 🔥 but beware VERY dark . Book 1 is brutal /horrific at the beginning but bear with it . If you like broken anti-heros overcoming apparently insurmountable odds and can deal with very dark triggers this series is well worth the credit.

Blew my mind wide open!

These books are so amazing!!!

This book series drew me in completely. It teased, taunted and terrified me, before it totally blew my mind.
There I was, perplexed and panting, after having the rug pulled out from under me. Still confused as to why I actually liked it, I must say. Incredibly well crafted in all ways with flawed and broken characters to both love and hate and a storyline that thrills as well as throws the reader of balance.
I truly was about to toss in the towel, a few times, but as the previous books also had these moments and broke through as amazing, I stuck in there.
So trust me - this IS dark as F - yet, if you stick it out and have faith...
Yup, it’s does go hand in hand with the books philosophy of love and trust.

Absolutely fantastic

Deliver

Oh my, this book is brutal. There’s definitely no holds barred here. This is my first book by this author and I’m looking forward to the next! Great performance.

Vanquish

This book is brilliant. It really gets you thinking about different perspectives. Pam has written an absolutely fantastic storyline here, as well as incorporating the strong characters that she has built over the last book. I can’t get enough of these characters and the unique situation they find themselves in. A fantastic performance from both narrators.

Oh, I didn’t see that massive twist coming! This series is brilliant. I’m absolutely hooked. These characters are so complex and likeable. These books are not for the faint of heart. They are raw, brutal and harsh. Pam has written them so well.
