Another Winner

The story, performance, just overall, this is another good story that was well written with twists and turns. Keeps u on the edge till the end.

Great plot but slow

This is a very intriguing story. I thought the plot was really great and rather original. I kept waiting for the action to come but it didn’t until the few minutes. It was good enough to keep listening to the end, just wish there would have been more action and ended with John coming back

You can learn from this book some intricate facets of life, the value of family, relationships and how your passions effect others in your life.

I am really enjoying this series of books with Barbara Hollaway and her father as main characters. Can't wait to start the next one.

Enjoying the series. The characters have depth and are interesting. Very enjoyable. Good story with several twists.

Always with the California snide remarks

Getting kind of tired of the characters. They don't seem to be developing. Living on the California just over 3 hours from Golds Beach, family in Florence, Eugene and a friend in Medford, I know the area well. I find that author tends to sugar-coat the area and lifestyle and always taking jabs at Californian(with a 800+ mile coastline) as if it is all the same way of life. Not sure if I will continue the series.

Another great book.

I read all of the negative reviews prior to listening. I totally disagree with all the grips about the new narrator, she was just as good as Ms Field's. They actually sound a lot alike. I usually hate it when narrators are changed but this time I had a hard time telling the diffetence.

Once again like all her books very intriguing. The narrator always does fabulous job. Will be listening or reading more.
