Well-written. Fun look at emerging feminism. Entertaining. A little bit lengthy. Overall excellent. I will probably finish the series.

Interesting Storyline

This story held my interest, the narrative excellent. If I could change one thing, I’d have wished for a little more between Charles and Kate.

Victorian Murder Mystery

I love a good murder mystery and this one didn’t disappoint. A young, free-thinking, American woman travels to England where she doesn’t quite fit the mold of the traditional society lady. There are mysteries and murders to be solved. The narrator brings the story to life with a brilliant performance. The story moves quickly and keeps you engaged.

Wonderful Series - now in audio!

First Time Listener

I’d not listened to this author before and accidentally purchased the book. So glad I did. Such a great unconventional story given the period. The suspense and mystery was very good and most importantly, the narrator was excellent.
