Good series. Travis is always a joy to listen too aswell. impatiently awaiting book 3.

cultivating my approval!

this was a really great story. I like the growth of the characters! this book is definitely worth the read! I can't wait to see what happens to the group in the next book!

If you love great action and story read this!

I jumped at the chance to listen to this book, knowing full well that it was book 2 of at least a trilogy/maybe a series, but I figured that if the author knew her stuff I would be able to catch up... and oh-boy-howdy did I catch up!  I had a blast listening to all of that incredible action!!
Death Cultivator 2 focuses on Grady Hake and his party (Kest, Rali, and Warcry) as they make their way to the Den of the 8-legged-Dragon Clan, where the real work begins! And somehow along the way Hake acquired a sidekick, a magical talking beast, that looks like a fish (beta fighting fish) it swims like fish (in both water and air) it sleeps under the covers like a fis...(scratch that)... like a puppy?!? Yes a puppy! And of course he named it Sushi (freakin funny)! I absodamnlutely love Sushi! So if you love great action, coupled  with a great story, Get This Book...  even better, let Travis Baldree tell you the story in the audio version! Rest assured I'll be returning to Eden Hudson's body of work to get more, and hopefully, Travis Baldree will be narrating too!

I’m enjoying the highs and lows. An MC that makes mistakes and grows from them.

Book 2 Delivers Intensity

This story metaphorically grabbed me and pulled me out of a plane to go skydiving. Except I didn't even know I was on a plane. Or that I had a parachute. It's that intense.

The story maintains a lot of mystery around cultivation, but wow does it pack a fast paced punch plot wise. Some aspects become clearer about it (never a long info dump), and it seems like no character is ever wasted. I love it and can't wait to see who pops up down the road!

I just wish the books are longer, but given all the pieces being set up on this galactic multi-dimensional world, I'm pretty sure my wish will be granted in book 3!

sadly it was too short though. did enjoy it. definitely worth a buy if it's on sale for sure. full credit and I really sure went by too fast

Won't say it's a top-10 find but definitely a very good listen. Travis did a great job and the storyline is very enjoyable.

Great addition to the series keep it strong Eden!

This is another fantastic book by Eden and this one unlike so many second books in series is as good if not better then the first one.
More lore, world building, Action, Romance and Drama, Most if not all the characters grow or we learn a bit more about them. Main character by the ending more so of course then anyone else.

Great follow up

I really enjoyed the growth of the characters. you can see them starting to transition from being kids to making more adult decisions in adult situations.
