not what I expected, loved it all the more

I hear about the difficulties of working with the new generation and I thought this was a how-to manual for leading and managing in a way that resonates with them. instead, I found a thoughtful, transparent book that provided me a view of the world from one of these "younger" people and I saw things in a whole new way AND I found far more similarities and appreciation than I would have thought. thank you for writing this.
