Good bones of the story. But I don’t know if it’s the fact it appears to be written by a 16-year-old with a Halloween mad lib. Or the valiant but 1/2 hearted attempt to read it. But.... might be good after a few rewrites.

wonderfully weird
I love that the characters are so fully fleshed out and the story is so complex, yet easy to follow. It helps to have some historical knowledge pertaining to the occult, but it isn't necessary in order to enjoy the story. The narrator did an excellent job keeping the character voices distinct and easy to understand. I also think it's hilarious that the zombie detective is addicted to pixie dust.

when you hear "Brain Licker" and someone losing a fight to a "blind werewolf with no legs" you know it's going to be a good story

This book was read very well by Eric G Dove, whom I’d never heard read before this and I enjoyed him even though I didn’t totally understand what the book was about. However, it was a fast and easy listen thanks to the narrator.

Thanks for the great story. I really enjoyed how it came together. The narrator did a really great job as well.
