a lot different than I thought it would be

this book was to my surprise intriguingly engaging from start to finish! I would absolutely recommend.

Loved it!

Great job! Great story. Started out slow and almost stopped listening, then it got my attention and I didn't want to turn it off.

Confusing

Super confusing book. It ends very bland. I am still not sure who the killer/s are.

Good story bad narrator

I think the story and the characters were actually good and it continued to get more and more interesting. The narrator was just so bad and monotonous. His character voices were annoying and it sounded like when Siri reads a text message to you with emphasis on all of the wrong parts of the sentence.

I remember how amazing all of the characters were brought to life by Richard Ferrone in the Lukas Davenport books. And then the latest book of his was read by an extremely bad narrator…. all I could think was that I would never have fallen in love with those characters if the last guy was the first guy that read them. I wonder if it’s the same here. I wonder how much better this book would’ve been if someone else did the reading.

Great throughout

Enjoyed this storyline and the plethora of twists. The details in which this author writes truly puts the reader in the scene. Will check out more from this author.
