This book is great in the way it doesn't just describe ways in which to pose but it incorporates ways of dressing and grooming, and even links in the mindset one should have in order to develop confidence in posing and it will also motivate to have a positive outlook in life because you need a positive body language to attain an effective power pose and improve yourself.

This was an eye opening book.

I saw so many patterns in my past marriage and relationships in the descriptions given in this book. Now I see why I always felt like I somehow keep attracting "CRAZY."
