Publisher's summary

Being the teenage daughter of a serial killer is fun - except when digging graves. Thankfully, Misty has Bitsy to help her. Plus her daddy pays her with gift cards that she uses online to order things like books, video games, and new outfits to dress up Bitsy with, so really she can’t complain. Now if her daddy would just teach her how to drive, life would be perfect.

Tornadoes are Ramsey’s passion, but after getting too close to one during a chase, he may have to rethink his approach. He also is going to need a new car. And then there is the question of the girl he and his sister found wandering around after the storm. She said the rope marks on her wrists were from a game, but what kind of game would tear flesh like that?

Katie’s goal in life is to become an FBI agent, but right now she is stuck working as a police officer for the tiny town of Smallwood, Illinois. It’s a quiet job. At least it was until the twisters leveled part of the town. Adding to that, two storm chasers found a girl named Bitsy wandering around. She seems traumatized by something. The storm? Or the situation that the storm freed her from? It’s hard to say. One thing is clear, she is very concerned about the welfare of someone named Misty.

The residents of Smallwood thought the twisters were the worst thing that could happen to their town. Little did they know, the storm was just the beginning.

Disturbing, Riveting and Frightening

Daddy’s Little Girl is a well written, fantastically narrated story that like is like the proverbial forty car pile up … horrific and tragic but you just can’t look away! The characters are fantastically well developed, frighteningly realistic and the dialogue, oh my god the dialogue! It gave me the chills! I just couldn’t stop listening! Definitely not tame, and definitely for mature listeners only, this one will not be easily forgotten. Five stars well earned!

Angsty, disturbing & riveting!💜

From the moment I started this book, I was engaged. With the intrigue, the despair the perversion this is probably the most disturbing story I’ve ever read. The thing is, I loved it. I live in an area where something similar was uncovered and this gave me a small look into how something like this might happen. I enjoyed that this story was written in multiple points of views. Many flashbacks help tell the story.
The narration was absolutely brilliant. Allie Piper did a phenomenal performance with all the different characters. The emotions, the feelings the despair all performed brilliantly.
If you’re looking for an angsty kidnapping, abusive, thriller type story, then I highly recommend this book.

psychos

Wow! Talk about sick. dark, depraved, and twisted doesn't begin to cover this story. It's sure to give nightmares. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrator did a good job.

Daddy's Little Girl

Misty is the teenage daughter of a serial killer. Which isn't that bad she has her Bitsy to help her and to keep her company.

Ramsey's passion is tornadoes and he fancies himself a storm chaser, while dragging his sister along to help him drive or film. But what about the girl they found in the field?

Kate is stuck in small town police department but dreams of becoming a FBI agent. How is she ever going to get a case that will get her noticed.

This is really a good psychological thriller. The author spares no one and throws in a ton of twists and turns on top of the non stop action that is going on including a tornado. Narrator Allie Piper did a awesome job with this book I can't wait to find more by her. I am going to leave it at if you enjoy really twisted demented thrillers this is for you and it is good.

Gritty

I've made it a point to check out as many new authors as I can this year. I stumbled across this gritty little gem about an Illinois town, a dead serial killer, and the mess he left behind. William Malmborg really grinds things out in this twisted tale.
