Secrets, Revenge, Murder and a Sassy Cat

I absolutely loved everything about this book. Secrets run wild on Tablerock, TX, and they are to die for. The plot is strong and engaging. The characters are very believable and headstrong. I don't want to give away any spoilers, but I will say this you will not regret reading/ listening to this book. Meghan Kelly really brought life and realism into this story. She was a phenomenal narrator. I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves mysteries, magic, humor, and, of course, cats.

RECOMMENDED CLEAN MAGICAL MYSTERY

Instead of saying what I liked about this book I will say what I didn't like: NOTHING. But I will anyway, it was entertaining, engaging , wonderous and held my attention very well, if distracted I even re listened to some parts.
The characters were realistic and inspired empathy when needed, the cats are adorable and don't you think I missed that hook line comment near the end of the book, Leanne Leeds, I didn't. Therefore I am raring to listen to the next book and I think I know just which cat that comment refers too!
The narrator did a fantastic job as usual, such an easy listening voice.

Great Cozy Mystery!

This is the first book in the Silver Circle Cat Rescue Mysteries series.  You don’t have to be a cat lover to enjoy this story!  Ellie Rockwell and her daughter Evie move to Tablerock, TX to open a cat shelter. The police bring her the former mayor’s cat, Belladonna and her tray, after she was accused of murdering her estranged husband. Then the cat seems to be talking, and things really get bizarre. You’ll want to check out this book to find out who the murderer is and if this cat is really talking. I enjoyed this cozy mystery and the characters in it.  There was a hint of romance and some action and mystery.  Meghan Kelly’s narration is awesome as always. Her performance brings these characters and the story to life. I am looking forward to the next book in the series.
