This is the One!
I tried several crystal bowl tapes but this is the one to get! The entire thing is filled with peace and healing. The segments are relatively even, too, so there is no need to set a timer if you are using it during meditation. There ARE a few gongs, but they are not overwhelming. And there is a spoken introduction and conclusion but they are short and not intrusive. I really love this recording. Thank you.
