If you’re already in any type of administration and have been in the field of medicine greater than 5yrs you probably don’t need this intro book. However if you’re a new grad trying to get into the field listen closely.

Terrible!
When the book starts with getting your feelings hurt for being called a bitch, tears, etc. Hard Pass. No real advice to climb healthcare ladders here my friends. Just emotional soup for the snowflake soul.
