Good story
This is the 1st Stuart Woods book I've listened to. I've read many of his books and I wish I had read this one.
The story was good but the narrator had an old person's voice. Hence all the characters sounded like senior citizens. Hard to imagine the women dressed scantily and sexy. Kept seeing wrinkled necks and droopy boobs. I couldn't quit laughing. I'll read his next book.

Good Listen
I like the locals but the chase was a bit contrived. He could have added a bit more intrigue to them. And I hardly think Stone would have invested so much money in jet fuel prior to getting the FBI to pay the bills. Also I am fairly certain Stone would have asked for an explanation much earlier as to the airport mixup. Otherwise, a fun adventure. I am glad to hear Knob Creek is back by name.

A little hard to believe.
I look forward to every new Stone Barrington novel. I must say that this one kept me questioning the logic. Over and over Stone and friends kept taking risks that for their characters were not substantiated. It I was a lawyer and an ex cop. And I had all the money I would ever need, Why would I risk everything for 10 million dollars over and over and over.. It just does not compute.

Story was very predictable and really no need for the “sex” details… prefer the older Stuart Woods books

He has had another one out of the park. The story is great, I just can’t wait for stone and Holly to tie the knot
