fantastic!

really fun, engaging and informative! the author does a great job providing frameworks, case studies, real world scenarios and assignments into this work. Whether you are a designer, content writer, ACD/creative director, strategist, or account person - hell, even if you are just starting or running an org there is a lot of great content delivered in a interesting way to add to your bookshelf of knowledge 5/5!
