Horrible narration

Let's begin with the story that is always well written by avery song. The story has amazing potential but the narration is god awful. The female narrators cadence is so slow. I had to speed up the book. Just to keep interested. I also do not like breathy whispering in my ear. But, the reason I quit listening to the book at chapter 5 is the male narrator. For he does not encompass the voice of an all powerful being. It's more like a creepy grandfather. And his cadence is all wrong added with the dragging out the very last word of a sentence with a lilt is annoying. I can only pray for a refund and pick another book for my traveling time. Guess this series is gonna have to be a weekend read unless for some reason, it gets a better narration.
