My thoughts, Frank’s technique. Awesome results.
Much of what Frank says, I have thought about before. My problem was I couldn’t seem to put my thoughts into the right verbal format. After reading this book, I was able to have a very difficult conversation with a co-worker. That went so well I found myself using the techniques in this book at home. It’s quite liberating to know I don’t have to be afraid of uncomfortable conversations.
