Very practical and good for multiple industry and personal balance
Author targets to his industry, but information is a good life compass as well as many industries. I recommend to anyone needing help in finding what matters in work and developing systems. It’s not industry specific details but good game olans and role playing. It’s added to my rereads, as knowledge is good refresh on. Plan to take many pages of notes.

Something for every Consultant
There is definitely something in this book for everyone who works as a consultant, whether you're starting out or been in the game for years. I listened at 1.8x the speed and still found it to be great. I wish the worksheets that are referenced were available through Audible, but I suppose the author wants us all to visit his website...
I was hoping to learn more as I've been successfully consulting for years, I wanted to take the next step up... suppose I'll get his next book.

Valuable Guide for Owners of Consultancies
I am one of the people described who has started a consultancy and closed it later. A lack of systems and mentorship to know what systems were a big part of it. This book would have been helpful in that initial stint even though it was a side business.
