It's pernicious...it's diabolical...it creeps into every moment of our lives. It influences our relationships, impacts our physical body, works its way into our conversations, sparks non-nourishing behaviors, and forces us to do things we'd never want to do. It's infectious; it's relentless.... It's stress! We all know it. We all experience it. It's the human condition - but through this audiobook, you will learn to transcend it.

Beautiful, transparent & written w/ vulnerability
I loved hearing Pamela read her book on audible. There were times when I found myself weeping as I could deeply empathize with her grief and loss.
"Conscious Bravery" serves as a supportive guide for those you love who are struggling and; more importantly, she drives home the critical necessity to exercise gentle self-care FIRST to be strong and courageous enough to support the loved ones in your life who struggle with addiction & with LIFE.
Kudos to Pamela for this writing this candid story that offers applicable tools to be brave enough to always put on your oxygen mask FIRST!
